I'd rather be excited to see what others might create from it. There's no point in holding back stuff I created. If then anybody sees something he'd like to get hold of, he usually gets it.
I mod for myself first and foremost (though I do listen to requests and wishes in the process of course), and like to show off the results. I might reconsider my sharing policy should such an unlikely case arise. The whole idea is my intellectual property, and while I allow reuse of all of it as usual, I will be very disappointed when someone's going to claim my stuff as his own creation. This race is a dream of mine and a project I put my heart into. With this one it's something very special. The very simple reason being my stuff is not done, there will likely be many updates. The only thing I disallow straight away is uploading to other sites without my knowledge. In cases I used other modders' assets with their permission I of course can't grant reuse of these without you asking the respective creators first! I'm quite serious with crediting in these cases, so just looking into the credits or the readme should tell you what's the property of other modders. I'd like to know which mods you guys use. It's super useful if you want to change all your gear with just one button. Not only does it change sneak attack bonus multiplier, it also has hotkeys for equipment. Stealth overhaul is pretty much mandatory if you want your character to be a silent assassin. Combat Archery is what inspired Skyrim to change marksmanship by making bow a lot stronger with some reasonable balances.
Personally, I recommend Duke Patrick's Combat archery and stealth overhaul. I can't seem to use the bash key while crouching which is kind of annoying =/ Right now, my deadly reflex isn't working properly because of all the mods I have right now. Gameplay-wise, I'm using Oblivion XP, Deadly reflex, and LAME(I think its acronym for Less Annoying Magic Enhancement).
It makes various parts of Cyrodiil feel more unique. But I'm really digging the Unique Landscape mods. So what mods are you guys using? I am using over 20 different mods so it's hard to talk about all of them. Let's talk about oblivion mods while we wait for skyrim to come out.
